Research into reporting health and safety issues to HSE

report

Can you help HSE with our research into reporting health and safety issues at work?

Have you seen a health and safety issue at work but not reported it to HSE? If so, we're keen to talk to you to find out more about why you didn't get in touch with us.

We won't be looking into the specific issue you saw or experienced, but we are keen to learn as much as possible about any barriers there are to getting in touch with us. Any information you provide will be treated in confidence.

If you think you could help, please get in touch with Lynn Hagan.
